The PCB has reportedly hired two foreign professional security experts to chalk out the plans. The PCB chairman Ijaz Butt would put forth the plans before the ICC and other concerned parties in a meeting scheduled to be held next week, The Nation reports. According to the sources, the board has also decided to oppose the shift of the World Cup Secretariat's office from Lahore to Dubai. The ICC had snatched the 2011 World Cup hosting rights from Pakistan, and subsequently shifted the tournament's headquarters from Lahore after the brazen terrorist attack on the visiting Sri Lanka cricket team in March. It is expected that the PCB would also put forth the idea of hosting its share of World Cup matches in UAE, rather than awarding them to the other three host countries, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
